Terms version max-revive-waiver-v2026-05-16
Liability Waiver & Terms of Service
Note: Results vary based on a card's age and initial condition. This is an aesthetic conservation service; we do not guarantee specific third-party grading outcomes (PSA/BGS/CGC). Full T&Cs and liability waivers apply prior to submission.
1. Aesthetic conservation scope
Max Revive provides card conservation and aesthetic restoration services intended to improve presentation where reasonably possible. Services may include controlled flattening, surface refresh, micro-debris removal, non-destructive polishing, photo documentation, and return handling.
2. No grading guarantee
Results vary by card age, stock, prior storage, damage type, and starting condition. Max Revive does not guarantee any PSA, BGS, CGC, or other third-party grading result. Some graders may mark, decline, or penalise cards they consider altered, restored, cleaned, or otherwise outside their standards.
3. Declared value and liability
The customer must declare a reasonable raw market value for each submitted card. Liability is limited to the lesser of the declared raw market value, evidence-backed fair market value immediately before intake, or the maximum limit set in the final signed service terms. Consequential loss, speculative grading uplift, and expected resale profit are excluded.
4. Customer authority
The customer confirms they own the submitted cards or are authorised by the owner to request treatment. The customer accepts that conservation work can involve physical handling and may reveal existing defects, concealed wear, print issues, or prior cleaning.
5. Transport and custody
Customers are responsible for inbound shipping, packaging quality, and inbound insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Max Revive logs intake photos once cards arrive and uses tracked return shipping. Australia Post or courier transit events remain subject to the carrier's terms and operational limits.
6. Privacy and records
Max Revive may retain customer contact details, submission manifests, card photos, order events, payment references, and shipping metadata for fulfilment, dispute handling, insurance support, and accounting records. Public portfolio use requires separate consent.
7. Acceptance
By accepting these terms, the customer confirms they have read the service scope, understands the risk profile, and authorises Max Revive to assess, document, treat, quality-control, and return the submitted cards under the selected service tiers.
Important launch note
This page is product-ready operational copy, not formal legal advice. Before commercial launch, the final business should have the terms, liability caps, privacy policy, insurance position, and trade mark risk reviewed by an Australian solicitor.
